Bill Tyler, DMin, will become the Equip America Coordinator on April 1, 2021. He has led three churches to embrace the EE methodology for training believers to become "way of life" witnesses. He has been the Senior Pastor at Cedar Bay Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL for almost 28 years.

Bill is married to Robin; they have 3 grown children , all serving the Lord, and blessed to have 9 grandchildren as of 2020.
